& Stuff

& Stuff created poetic and libertarian situations, which reveal our contemporary schizophrenic realities. The texts (written by Eric Therer) that pass over our society of control, small deaths and petty consumerist daily drives to criticism and humorous roping. Lead to contrasting pieces mixing cinematic audio landscapes (composed by Paradise Now) and post-industrial romanticism, which can vary according to different contexts and moods.

& Stuff is the unlikely audio-poetic duo made by Eric Therer (officiating elsewhere in another duo called Ordinaire) – Spoken Word & effects, and Philippe Franck (aka Paradise Now, also a member of Pastoral and Supernova) – vocals, guitar, electronics, mix, who after a brief first life in the late 80s (after which everyone was involved in various artistic projects), has been back on stage since 2015, performing in art galleries, literary spaces or alternative music venues.

After some recent releases on audio cassettes compilations (on the label Transonic), & Stuff is preparing a poetic audio-publication (on their Québec 2016 experience for a tribute to the poet Bernard Heidsieck) and a new mini album.
