Synesthésie (creation)

It is a succession of abstract paintings in movement, in dialogue, with a concrete and material music with psychedelic accents, an improvised visual (Sarah Debove) and sonic (Jacques Fauville) collage reacting spontaneously to the context in which the device unfolds. The sound and the image answer each other subliminally and intuitively, exploring the granular, slag, and the evanescent, strolling through the heart of the sound and the luminous prism.

Biography

Influenced by industrial music, Jacques Fauville begins electroacoustic music as a teenager. In 2005 he graduated from INSAS in theater and communication technique. Subsequently he explored various musical genres including techno and free improvisation. In 2009, he founded the band Econom with Ismaël Colombani. Jacques Fauville defines himself as a materialist musician inspired by abstract art. Improvisation and hazard are at the heart of his approach. His vocabulary is composed of complex sounds evoking either the nature or the city. His grammar is based on a set of patterns and illusions of repetition.
