This unusual duet, composed of Christina Van Peteghem (vocals, violin) and Pierre-Jean Vranken (piano, guitar, live electronics), has just released their first album Live in Saint-Servais Church, on the Sub Rosa label (Brussels).

Biography

Christina Van Peteghem (At) is a lyrical singer and self-taught musician who learned from her father, who was an opera singer. Influenced by Meredith Monk, she has experimented and improvised with her soprano voice for some years in the group Dizorkestra / Back to Normal (with composer/musician Baudouin de Jaer).
