Workshop Sound-Movement-Body (creation)

This workshop, proposed by Isa Belle (performer, sound and holistic masseuse sound) and Ariane Chesaux (performer, masseuse, cello player) who form the duo Unda, is open to all. It consists of learning how to listen deeply to sound through the body, allowing the mind to unwind while being awake, yet inactive. This occurs through practices of certain slow movements and breathing exercises. It’s about cleaning one’s body to be able to listen to oneself, and listen to it thanks to various vibratory instruments (Tibetan bowls, Burmese gongs, bells …).

The goal is to reactivate energy flows via interactions: sound-body-movement.
The body expresses itself, cleans itself, and frees itself, in order to refocus on oneself in a better way.

Biography

Ariane Chesaux (Ch/Be) practices the arcome, art of body-soul. She lives and shares this path through body and energy work. Her photographic and pictorial creations, and sound travels are done with her instrumental trio of cello, singing bowls and gongs.
